magnetic card reader

hello everyone I have a magnetic card reader (MSR605) and I would like to duplicate bank cards and I wanted to know if simply with this machine I can make bank cards? and also how to have the confidential code of a bank card?:( with the MSR605 software I have the 16 digits but I don't know how...
