Two weeks ago I have sent 10$ btc to address whih was given to me when I wanted to buy Daily 140 package, as you can see address https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/36129fcc46982424c3ff7844e585e95d42d3d41a383dfb92cbe8dcdb40eb447b
transaction is confirmed, but still no plan was added to my account. In meantime I have wrote to Vn5socks thread on ProCrd forum and I have wrote to user FireHeaven in pm and I still didn't get any response.

The amount of Bitcoins was 100% the same as labelled, exactly the 10$ Btc with the btc exchange rate in that moment. They didn't respond anywhere all this time, I conmplained here on the forum also

Can you please invite them to Arbitration? Contact them by forum PM and other contacts (like Telegram, Jabber) and provide with a link to this thread.
