Hello,please what are the best usa bin for real carding in asia,specifically philippines..i am not noob,but i became a complete noob when i moved to philippines,because i dont know what works here....i am not rich,but i saved up to buy a card reader/writer and i own a working POS machine now,but the dumps for philippines cards are very limited and all of them are 201..please if you have any tips about 201 cards or usa bin without regional lock or work best in asia..please hit me up or reply on thread...Both free and for payment are welcome but from only respected vendors or members,thank you........................................................
