Computer Access, I Need There Info!

Is there a program or kind of USB hardware i can plug into a computer (non detectable) so that it can give me remote access to the computer or download information to the usb hardware. I would like to have access to it wirelessly or remotely to pull records. Is there any suggestions......Please help!
