email/phone natural flood

some banks when i login with different ip or change something email or call the target ....
i have email bomber but its not good because same subject and hundreds messages is suspicions and owner delet all them and see there is a email from bank ...
if some natural spam come to target inbox then its much better. how we can do such thing ? is there any place like craiglist to post Hot fake ads with target email/phone ? (then perhaps real people flood him...)

anybody have any idea where is the best place to put email to eat huge natural spam ?

There are additional ways to do this. I know what you want to do
You can use a mail bomber which randomizes sender name, title etc to make it look natural or tradional bomber.
