german fullz but with regular debit card not with cc

i have complete info about many german people from callcenter database
i used them to open siptrunks but now the admin changed the payment method. does someone have an idea what can i do with them?

Any complete info u need in Germany to do anything you can get out of das Oertliche phonebook lol
it's not like in USA where you'd need a ssn or correct DOB or anything.
