How can locate someone's email address

is they a way to get someone's email if you have their cvv infos, i buy some cvvs and they dont come with email..i have tried to locate emails with a site called spokeo.com but no luck as their search criteria are very generic..let me know if u know something that works.

Well I don't think you can find them with just their card number or anything but if you have their full name, city, state, country try going to http://www.pipl.com you might have some luck there.

Put their name on facebook/myspace sometimes they have their email address visible. Simple things are sometimes overlooked.
