How to pass Identification Code?

Hello,
have anyone of you stumbled in one of this: when you tried to make an online banking account, the bank ask you to enter the Identification Code.
Look at the pic below, it asked you to enter the code from the text or voice mail on the cardholder phone.
If you click "None of the above" you can do it infinitely... nothing happens.
Have anyone figured a way to pass this ??
Please paste other banks that must require the Identification Code
Such bank like this is CHASE.

well you have to choose a source to get the code.. pick one that you know you can get a text massage or email.. and they will make a call or send an email. providing a code.. that you then have to key it in the site..

yes. you can choose to check either text, or voicemail but you can't change the phone number of cardholder
that phone nr you need to get the code :|
