i'm thinking about to create a webside with payment gateway to cashout cc,are there anyone do this before? can i use payment gateway to cashout cc?

it depends on the country, and you need several dumps for make some money.
i had one in argentina, cashed out for like 1 month and when charged back i have gone.

thanks for your reply, i mean i want to create a webside with many kind stuff like a real online store, then use a payment gateway to receive money from the online store, but i dont send the package.
