VBV and non VBV

I want to buy non'' verified by visa'' CVVs,i am buying them from a fellow carder but how do i distinguish vbv and non vbv from his list.

u can't distinguish them by looking at his list.
Only way to know is when u try using them a shopping site that is 3d enabled. if the vbv or mcsc page pops up, it is vbv, if it doesn't it is not
