Is it possible to card WU and verify with phone number not matching CC?

If yes, What questions do they ask in order to pass?

the phone number doesnt have to match - u put cc phone number on site & u can call from different phone .. they ask about mtcn, name, who u sending to, dob, bank name.

i heard that if you look suspicious they call back , on cardholder phone number. is it true?
